AGE REQUIREMENT:

24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:

DO NOT CONSUME any of the following: Coffee , Caffeine, Energy Drinks, Alcohol, Medication, Aspirin, Tylenol, or Vitamins.

DEPOSIT/PAYMENT:

• A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointments. The deposit goes towards the total amount. The remaining balance will be paid on the appointment day. For the payment of the remaining balance we take Zelle or Cash. If you wish to pay with credit/debit card an extra 3% charge will be applied to your total.

CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT:

• Refund will be issued ONLY IF you cancel your appointment within 24 hours after booking your appointment. Otherwise you will lose your deposit no exceptions.

• You will have 1 chance to reschedule your appointment with a minimum of 48 hours before your appointment. If you try to reschedule with less than 48 hours before your appointment, you will lose your deposit no exceptions.

• You will not be allowed to reschedule a second time.

ARRIVAL:

• Guests are NOT allowed in our suite to prevent any cross-contaminations or unwanted distractions.

• You must arrive on time. If you're LATE MORE THAN 20 MINUTES to your appointment, you risk losing your deposit and your appointment could be cancelled (depending on the schedule for that day). In the event we wait for you, there will be a surcharge of $30.

PARKING:

• There is street parking widely available before 5pm along Halsted, or any of the cross-streets. Click here to see suggested parking locations. Read below for pricing:

•We recommend you downloading the Park Chicago app ahead of time, and setting up your account. The rate is $2.50 per hour, and you can only buy 2 hours maximum. You might need to buy additional 30-45 minutes if your appointment is longer than 2 hours. Using the app is strongly recommended as you would not be able to walk to the park meter to pay for additional time during your procedure.

DISCLAIMER:

• During the first session, the procedure does not start until you have agreed on the shape that is right to your facial features. We will design the shape based on your bone structure and your desired brows shape. Please make sure you are 100% satisfied with the shape and also with the technique you have choose before the procedure begins. We will be asking you for your approval once the shape design is completed. After the procedure you will have one last chance to make sure you like the results, and you are allowed to ask for last minor adjustments. Once we have carried the services and you have left the appointment there is nothing we can do to fix your eyebrows until you come back for another session.

• Everyone is different and can respond to topical numbing and tattoo pigment ink differently. How much you bleed will affect the outcome result and therefore require additional appointments to achieve the desired result.

• A second session is called “First Touch-Up” which is necessary between 4-5 weeks after your first session to ensure the desired result. The cost of the second session will be determined on the timeframe of your return. Please review or website for more details. It is your responsibility to book this with enough notice within the timeframe.

• The second session “First Touch-Up” is not to change the shape or color of the work done during your first session. If you would like to change the shape of your enhancement during your Touch-Up appointment, you will be charged accordingly as an extra service.

• Our client’s satisfaction is our priority, but all results will vary per person depending on their skin characteristics (dryness, oiliness, thickness, sun damaged, color, and chemical composition) natural skin undertones mixing with pigment color, personal PH balance of skin, fruit acids, AHAs/Retin-A use, alcohol intake, smoking, sun exposure, improper skincare, blood type, lifestyle, existing hair, bone structure, face shape, any medications taken, the amount of times the area had been worked on, and follow up of the aftercare instructions. We cannot guarantee a 100% successful result on all of our clients because everyone’s skin takes in Permanent Make-Up differently. Also, there are no refunds as we have carried out any services.

RESTRICTIONS:

ATTENTION. PLEASE CAREFULLY READ below before booking as YOU SHOULD NOT BOOK IF any of the following applies to you:

•Anyone under 18 years of age.

•Anyone pregnant and/or nursing.

•Anyone allergic to pigmentation and make up.

•Anyone who has done Botox or fillers near the eyebrows within the last 2 weeks prior to the appointment.

•Anyone with glaucoma and/or taking blood-thinning medications.

•Anyone with skin diseases such as eczema or psoriasis on the area to be treated.

•Anyone with active skin cancer on the area to be treated.

•Anyone with undiagnosed rashes or blisters on the area to be treated.

•Anyone who has experienced post-inflammatory hyper pigmentation.

•Anyone with transmittable blood conditions. (i.e. Hepatitis or HIV).

•Anyone diabetic (will have to check with your doctor for his approval).

•Anyone with mitral valve disorder or high blood pressure.

•Anyone who is a hemophiliac.

•Anyone with healing disorders.

•Anyone prone to keloids.

•Anyone taking skin medications such as Antasure, Roaccutane, Accutane, Doxycycline or and steroids, which thin and make the skin very sensitive.

•Anyone taking antibiotics or steroid medication (please wait at least 2 weeks after treatment is completed)

•Anyone currently under or scheduled for radiotherapy or chemotherapy treatment.

•Any radiotherapy or chemotherapy must be no less than 42 days from the date of the treatment.

•Anyone epileptic or who has experienced faint spell or seizures.

•Anyone who has received any doses of a COVID-19 vaccine in the last 14 days.

•Anyone with current sunburn in the area to be treated.

If any of these applies to you will be disqualified from our services. Please do not book with us or anyone else as it might not be safe for you.
