Please read carefully BEFORE BOOKING:

👥 Age & Eligibility

  • Must be 18 years or older.

💉 Previous Work / Corrections

If you have previous brow tattooing or microblading, please read carefully, otherwise skip this section:

  • You must be approved first before booking.

  • Send clear photos in good lighting to verify if you qualify for a correction or full cover-up.

  • Not all previous work can be corrected — each case is evaluated individually.

  • Corrections are performed by Clara, and prices are $50–$100 higher than regular services.

  • Booking without photo approval may result in forfeited deposit if service cannot be performed.

How to Submit Photos:
Send clear, makeup-free pictures of your brows in natural light (front, left, and right angles).

☕ 24-Hour Pre-Appointment Rules

24 hours before your appointment, please avoid:

  • Coffee, caffeine, or energy drinks

  • Alcohol

  • Medications, aspirin, Tylenol

🔍 Touch-Up / Aftercare Notes

  • Your second “First Touch-Up” (4–8 weeks after your initial session) is required and not included in your original price.

  • Touch-up cost depends on how many months have passed since your last session (for full list click here).

  • Touch-up cannot change the original shape or color — changing shape or style = extra service.

  • Everyone’s skin responds differently (bleeding, pigment absorption, skin type, lifestyle, medications) — results may vary.

  • No refunds after services are rendered.

  • Prices and services may change without prior notice.

💰 Deposit & Payment

  • A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure your appointment.

  • Deposit is applied toward your total service cost.

  • Remaining balance is due on appointment day (via Zelle or cash).

  • Credit/debit card payment incurs a 3% processing fee.

❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Refunds are only issued if you cancel within 24 hours of booking. After that, the deposit is forfeited.

  • You get one opportunity to reschedule, provided you do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled time.

  • Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice = forfeit of deposit, no exceptions.

  • No second reschedules allowed.

⏰ Arrival & Late Policy

  • Please arrive on time.

  • If you’re over 20 minutes late, we may cancel your appointment and you risk losing your deposit.

  • If we accommodate your lateness, a $30 surcharge may apply (depending on schedule).

🅿️ Parking

  • Street parking is available (especially before 5 PM) on Halsted and nearby cross-streets.

  • We recommend using the ParkChicago app to manage parking time.

  • Rate is $2.50/hr, with a 2-hour limit per purchase.

  • You may need to extend time by 30–45 minutes if your appointment lasts longer than 2 hrs.

By booking with ClaraBrows, you:

  • Acknowledge that results vary per individual and depend on skin type, aftercare, and lifestyle.

  • Understand that permanent makeup is a multi-step process requiring at least one touch-up for optimal results.

  • Agree that no specific outcome, color, or retention is guaranteed.

  • Acknowledge that healing, color retention, and longevity are beyond the artist’s control once you leave the studio.

  • Understand that ClaraBrows is not liable for undesired results due to improper aftercare, personal healing, or pre-existing skin conditions.

  • Consent to all procedures at your own risk and agree not to hold ClaraBrows, its artists, or affiliates responsible for any unexpected results, reactions, or complications.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

RESTRICTIONS:

❌ Do not book if any of the following apply:


• Pregnant or nursing
• Allergic to pigment or makeup
• Received Botox/fillers near brows in the last 2 weeks
• Glaucoma or on blood-thinning medications
• Skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis) or active cancer in the area
• Undiagnosed rashes, blisters, or recent skin trauma
• Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation
• Transmissible blood conditions (HIV, Hepatitis, etc.)
• Diabetes (must have doctor’s clearance)
• Heart valve disorders, high blood pressure
• Hemophilia, healing disorders, or keloid tendency
• Currently on skin-thinning medications (Accutane, steroids, etc.)
• Undergoing radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or received recent COVID-19 vaccine
• Sunburn in or around the brows
